Pastor Jered and Sarah Jackson have served as the Teaching Pastors of Shoal Creek Revival Church since December of 2015. After struggling with addiction for more than a decade, Pastor Jered found that the answer to addiction, for him, was helping others find their path to sobriety through the Waymaker - Jesus Christ. Pastor Jered and Sarah believe that one of the greatest struggles for this current generation is the ever-growing spirit of depression. That is why they base their ministry on the solid HOPE that comes directly from the Word of God.

A gifted storyteller and Bible teacher, Pastor Jered is a sought-after speaker for drug awareness and anti-bullying seminars. His humorous and motivational speaking style has inspired many people, both young and old, to rise to new levels as they discover the only “Cause“ worth living for - Jesus Christ!

Founding pastors Billy Ray and Kristi Harvill started out with a heart for kids and were the original youth pastors for SCRC. The first youth group included family, neighborhood kids, and area youth who would meet every Wednesday night in a garage just east of the current facility. The Harvill’s heart was for the youth of the area to truly know God and to have a burning fire for Him. These humble beginnings led to the vision of building a church with a gym, taking kids to church camps every year, and raising up our youth to find their talents and calling in Christ.
